Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.

Sharon Topping, La Ronge | Delay in production Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
